e-Restaurant

e-Restaurant is a point-of-sale software package. Its user interface is completely web based, thus imposing no learning curve for those who can use a browser. On-screen keyboard is present in performing all common tasks.

Features include: graphics based table assignment, order entry supporting dine-in and to-go/delivery, various reports, and admin tasks. Different user authorization levels exist: server, cashier, supervisor, and administrator.

To use the product, you need both a client web browser and a web server, which can run on a single machine in a simple installation.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• Internet Explorer (IE) 5.0 or later as the client web browser, running on Windows 98 or NT 4.0 or higher.
• Personal Web Server (PWS) or Internet Information Server (IIS) 4.0 or later as the web server, running on Windows 98 or NT 4.0 or higher.
• IE 5.0 must be installed on the web server machine to make sure a recent version of Active Data Objects (ADO) is present; OLEDB Provider 4.0 for MS-Access 97 is what is required.
